Per Curiam. Technology for Energy Corporation (TEC) and Integrated Systems, Inc. (ISI) are Tennessee corporations. TEC was engaged in the design and development of computer-based systems, instrumentation products and engineering services for nuclear and fossil-fuel powered electric generating plants. This case involves two of TECs projects. In the Hope Creek project, TEC was under contract with Bechtel, the prime contractor on the project, to provide a radiation monitoring system for Public Service Electric and Gas (PSE&G). In the Cincinnati Gas and Electric (CG&E) project, TEC had contracted with CG&E to complete a fossil fuel power plant monitoring system.
